Cells management

• Possibility to connect in series several BMS in order to manage a battery pack with a voltage up to 1000 volts
• Management of 8 to 32 lithium cells in series * compatible with all cell technologies (NMC, LiFe, LiPo, ...), accuracy of +/- 5 mV.
• Management of 4 NTC temperature sensors

Protections

• Overvoltage and undervoltaged, factory adjustable
• Over-temperature and under-temperature, factory adjustable
• Factory adjustable discharge, charge and regeneration overcurrent
• Hardware short circuit protection

Balancing

• Balancing up to 1A by resistive discharge on the BMS

External components

• Bi-directional battery current measurement (charge/discharge)
• Charge and discharge port in separate management up to 500A
• Control of a power bus precharging circuit
• Possibility of controlling an auxiliary contactor (ex: battery fan)
• Internal or external 12V power supply

Smart functions

• Calculates SOC (State of Charge) and SOH (State of Health)
• Self-diagnostic
• Communication via CAN bus 2.0B, CANopen (opto-isolated)
• Strategic standby power management
• CAN bus motor controller management
• CAN bus charger management
• Wireless diagnosis via software

Consumption / Supply

• BMS powered directly by battery pack or external power supply
• Consumption < 5mA in standby mode
